VICHY NORMADERM Triple Action 3 in 1 Cleanser Review

I never used anything from VICHY NORMADERM  line before I received some samples of NORMADERM Triple Action 3 in 1 cleanser.
VICHY NORMADERM  line is specially designed to keep skin clear and blemish free, minimize the appearance of large pores, prevent breakouts and wipe out the undesirable oiliness.

Allure magazine featured VICHY NORMADERM Triple Action 3 in 1 cleanser as "complexion perfection" must have and I am really happy I could try it and see how it works.
VICHY NORMADERM Triple Action 3 in 1 cleanser is an exfoliating cleanser that can be used in 3 different ways:
1. As a  daily cleanser: to remove impurities from skin
2. As a  gentle scrub: to unclog pores and even skin texture

3. As a  clay mask: to control excess oil and leave skin mattified.
As a Cleanser/Scrub: massage on damp skin(avoid eyes ) in circular motions until  the foam appears and rinse well with water.
As a Mask: Apply a thin layer to face, avoiding eye contour area. Leave to dry for 5 minutes. Rinse well with water.

This 3 in 1 cleanser combines resurfacing Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid and micro-exfoliating LHA to target imperfections and refine  skin texture. Kaolin clay helps draw oils and impurities from skin to leave complexion clear and mattified.
The texture is quite creamy even if it has exfoliating microbeads, and it foams with water when is used as a cleanser or as a scrub. Without water, clay hardens to form a facial mask.

VICHY NORMADERM Triple Action 3 in 1 cleanser is soap-free, alcohol-free, allergy-tested and suitable for sensitive skin.
The samples were big enough to use this product for several weeks before I could make an opinion on this product. I have been using  NORMADERM Triple Action 3 in 1 as a cleanser, as a scrub and as a mask.

This 3 in 1 cleanser works nicely as long as you don't overuse it. For me is perfect to use it as a mask, 2 times a week to draws out all the impurities from my skin and to prevent possible breakouts and clogged pores. I find it more effective as a 5 min mask than as a cleanser, this way it has more time to penetrate my skin and clean it. Over time this product refines, smooths and evens the skin.

As a scrub this product is something in between not too gentle and not too harsh, something in the middle, perfect for all types of skin except dry and sensitive. I think the exfoliation microbeads are a little bit to big and if you  massage to intense you might it might cause irritation on dry /sensitive skin.

Regarding the plastic exfoliating microbeads,  I am very much against it, because they pollute the water we drink and there are so many other better alternatives, biodegradable alternatives (rice, apricot seeds, walnut shells, powdered pecan shells, bamboo). I wish VICHY will use biodegradable exfoliating elements in the future.

I think this product will work great for people with oil, acne-prone skin as a daily product in their skin care routine. For someone with dry or /and sensitive skin( like me ) will work nice as a detox mask now and then, helping to refine the pores or as a spot treatment on specific inflamed pimples to help reduce the inflammation.

In full size VICHY NORMADERM Triple Action 3 in 1 cleanser comes in a tube (125 ml ) and it costs between 10- 15 euro.

I did received several free sample of 7ml each, but in the end I bought the product myself because I like how it smells, I like how it refines pores and my skin texture and is always good to have something that can fight back an annoying and unexpected zit. I like this product but because it has the plastic exfoliating microbeads in it, I will rate it with 3 out of 5 stars.

Hopefully you will find this review helpful!
