VitaSkin Vitamin A Resurfacing Mask

Holland&Barrett launched a new vegan skincare line, enriched with vitamins to leave your skin looking  all glowing and healthy. 

 

Vitaskin Vitamin A Resurfacing Mask is 100% natural and vegan. This is a rejuvenating face mask packed with Retinoids and Carrot seed oil containing high levels of vitamin A and vitamin E to help promote softer, smoother and radiant skin.

This product comes in a dark glass jar (60 ml) and it has a beautiful balm texture. Very easy to apply, on clean skin for about 10 min. Not only easy to apply but also easy to remove with a wet cloth. I just love a face mask that i can easily and gently remove without pulling and rubbing my skin too much. Skin is left hydrated, smooth and soft. 

Ingredients:

Glycerine, Aqua, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Oilvate, Retinyl Palmitate, Caprylic/capric Triglyceride, Tocopherol, Daucus Carota Sativa Seed Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia Flower Oil, Linalool, Citronellol, Geraniol, Limonene, Citral.

I bought this product based on the ingredients list, and my skin absolutely loves it. The glycerine helps my skin to retain moisture, as glycerine is an amazing humectant and emollient and will relieve your skin from dryness and bless you with a plump softness. 

 

Dacus Carota Sativa seed oil(carrot seed oil) is a winner when it comes to anti-aging effects, helps smooth fine lines, repair sun damage, scars and small skin traumas. Also rich not only in skin-mending vitamin A but also vitamin C and vitamin E. I think we all need a bit more Dacus Carota Sativa seed oil in our life!

Pelargonium Graveolens flower oil is simply Geranium flower oil, and it has amazing antibacterial and antimicrobial skin benefits- reducing acne breakouts, skin irritations. Absolute love Geraniums as flowers in my garden but also in my skincare!

I am using this mask 2 times a week, in the evening after I cleanse my skin. I follow up with my Pixi Beauty Retinol Toner, and 2 drops of Pixi Beauty Retinol Oil for a really nice glow and to maintain my skin plump and fresh. 

My skin loves this mask, since I use it I never had any irritation, pealing or redness. If you are looking for more Retinol skin care products to incorporate in your routine, this mask is a really nice product to try out. It has great ingredients, all natural, free of parabens, and is also affordable.

I am actually pretty impressed with this Vitaskin Vitamin A Resurfacing Mask and I am going to try more products from this line. As soon as I finish my Pixi Retinol Oil I will buy the VitaSkin Vitamin A Rejuvenating Night Serum.
