Bold, Blue Cat Eye Makeup Look

Bored with the black traditional cat eye ? Why not try something else?

How about something blue, more like denim blue, if you don't dare to go with turquoise or a bright orange. Maybe a neon color would be to much, but a denim blue might just look perfect for a summer and playful cat eye look . Creative, dramatic, bold and bright eye looks and almost angry winged were seen at Givenchy and Max Mara.

How to get this look .

Give your top lid a heavy dose of color using a pencil liner, fill in your bottom water line, and thicken the line on your lid, just up to your crease like in the picture above. The top outline should meet up with your crease and then go down to your inner corner. Start thin and thicken it up as you go. It is completely up to you how defined you want the ""tail"to be : Long? Short? Dark and dramatic? Small and girly? Play around with it until you have the tail and shape you like. Clean up any smudges with a Q-tip and a bit of concealer or foundation.
